we have experienced eight or nine holidays with inghams up to now. from the beauty of the italian lakes,the splendour of austria to our very favourite and luckily almost undiscovered Slovenia. as unfortunately, age is beginning to catch up with us, it has always been with confidance that we have chosen inghams above any other travel company,knowing that arrangements and accommodation are as shown in brochures. Tranfers have almost always been well organised and speedy.the reps have always proved delightful and helpful.an impressive knowledge of language and local customs being a big advantage.With the exception being this year, it has always helped with finances to be able to take up the early booking offers in inghams brochures.

We are just back from a weekend it was the Longleat excursion, where we visited Bath on the Saturday and Longleat Sunday. I’m sorry to say we were very disappointed with it, Saturday it took approx eight and a half hours to get to Bath, it wasn’t the drivers fault, we had to pick up all over the place so that meant we only had about two and a half hours in Bath, when we expected at least 4. The hotel that night was ok, but the evening meal was utter chaos, having to queue for the meal and getting what was left. Breakfast was fine, more organised. It was the same Sunday, by the time we finished the animal park, we only had approx two hours to visit the rest, we did the house then it was time to get back on coach. We have been with Newmarket travel quite a few times and are usually happy with everything, but this time i’m sorry to say we are not.

It has been brought to our attention of the website by a friend that she has received an offer from “Warners” of the preview for 2009 which for the last few weeks we have been trying to sort out a weekend in February 2009. I have been into the website for the preview but cannot get up the hotel in question. We are very good customers of Warner’s and I do think it is a trifle unfair that we do not hear all about the offers apart from the internet. We regularly comeover to the I.O.W at least once a year so I think we deserve some consideration. Perhaps you would kindly look into this for us, this year we have booked 4 weekends.
